Hi to all this maybe a bit premature but i thought i,d post this

My order from the above was placed 15.06.2011  i had a swift reply from Jacob saying thanks for the order... payment was made immediatley... i told jacob to send it to my friends address in the UK because from the 29.06.2011 until the 04.07.2011 another friend that lives in cyprus will be visiting the uk and can bring my order back.

10 days later i e-mailed Jacob on the 25.06.2011 asking if everything is ok.. he told me that 2 products i ordered were not in stock and they will have them in on 27.06.2011 monday  i said thats fine no problem we have till the 4th of july... he told me if the products dont come in time he will post them to cyprus free of charge...

All i was fine up until now....

1, a week ago i noticed that when i sign in to my account there is no more records of my order
2, before it showed the full details  payment made, the order details and prices,  and not shipped yet
3, I called my friend in the uk last night to ask if anything had arrived for me and he said NOT YET
4, e-mailed jacob last night dont have an answer yet

The main isssue that bothers me is WHY there are no records available for my order as there was in the past when it was pending???

Because last night i was making a second order to give them now i am having serious doubts

Well Terry, I believe none of our members ever had problems with Shishashop...

I am not saying that there is anything wrong Jose
But when you are in the buisiness of dealing with customers you need to be very prompt in your communication as i was when i told you there is no Zoheira stems available at this present time... you need to inform the consumer as soon as possible of any changes, delays, or updates as soon as possible and not let the customer wait till the consumer communicates with you and then tell them there is a slight problem or delay.. this infurates the customer further especially when i was ready to place a second order even when i have no news of my first one...  But no records of my first order???

Well Terry, I hope that JuanMa will say someting on this thread, because, after checking other posts dealing with that vendor, it seems that JuanMa himself and at least another member bought stuff from theshishashop.uk, but that some others had doubts or even cancelled orders...

Anyway, you're absolutely right, any on-line vendor is suposed and expected to react quickly, particularly to answer any querries immediatly, and, if his web allows to inform about the state of an order, to update the data concerning that very state. Now, sadly enough, many on-line vendors take a few days to answer an E-mail, and would simply never up-date the state of an order, and that is a fact. It happens, among others with Hookahcompany...

Terry I've never bougth to this shop because I dislike it, I am website programmer and the website doesn't look well.

Hmmm so what do i do now i paid for the order on 15.06.2011  by visa card  and as yet no answers to my e-mails

Hi friends and members i would like to inform you all that my second order has arrived  7 kilos tom cocobrico coals and 7 chinese funnel bowls to try out... this order came in 5 days from germany and i must say i am satisfied with the products and especially the communication with Jacob... unfortunatley there was a mix up on my 1st order but we have now sorted the issue out...

My first order is in the UK my friend was supposed to bring it back to me.... anyway  mix up,  misunderstanding,   on both ends long story hahahaha but everything worked out in the end ... no worries ....these chinese funnels are massive lol

NO offense was meant towards shishashop.co.uk or to Jacob in the end i was glad i did buisiness with him... and probably do more
